After graduating from high school, stepbrothers Hinata and Mizuki became lovers and started living together. As time passes, Mizuki moves on to graduate school while Hinata begins his life as a working adult. However, stepping into different worlds gradually causes a rift to form between them. To make matters worse, the presence of Hinata's supervisor, Kyota Kamiki, begins to cast a shadow over their relationship. Though strict, Kamiki genuinely cares for his juniors, and Hinata finds his heart beginning to waver. Mizuki, meanwhile, does not miss the subtle change in him.
